Registration Instructions
Follow the directions below carefully!
You should fall in to one of two categories... If you have never played winter Junior Olympic volleyball before, follow the first set of instructions. If you have played Junior Olympic volleyball before, either with Beantown, or another club, follow the second set of instructions.

New Member Registration
For players who have not played winter Junior Olympic volleyball before.
All players must register online using this system to participate in Beantown tryouts.
• Go to the website: http://www.nervajuniors.org
• Click on CLICK HERE FOR A NEW REGISTRATION.
• In the Member Information screen, enter information about yourself. All fields marked with a red asterisk are required. Enter a valid email address that you check often. Also be sure to enter your home and mobile phone numbers. For race/ethnicity, select your ethnic group or “I choose not to respond”. You must make a selection. Click on Continue.
• The Join New England Region Volleyball screen appears. In the drop-down list in the upper right choose Beantown Volleyball Club; or Undecided if you plan to try out for more than one club. For Membership Type choose Junior Boys – New England Region.
For at least one parent enter first and last names, and an email address. Click on Submit.
• Near the bottom of the next page, under Correspondence Information, click the options you wish. Uncheck the first three check boxes if you do not want to receive emails and mailings from USAV.
• Click on the USAV Waiver & Release of Liability link. After you and your parents read it, click the check box for this statement. Do the same for USAV Junior Club Personnel Code of Ethics and USAV Participant Code of Conduct. Read the statement below the Use Agreement check box then click it.
• Enter the drivers license number or last four digits of the social security number of the parent who read the Waiver and Code of Conduct statements in the Verification box.
• Click Confirm. Click OK to confirm you wish to submit your application.
You’re done! Do not send the membership fee – it’s covered by Beantown. You don’t need to print and submit any forms (unless you are trying out for more than one club - then print the Waiver form and bring it to tryouts).

Volleyball Membership Registration Procedures
For players who've played winter Junior Olympic volleyball before.

• Click on CLICK HERE TO RENEW YOUR REGISTRATION.
• Click on Login (upper left of screen). Enter your login (it is the email address you used when you registered last year). Enter your password from last year and click Login below password. If you forgot your password, click where indicated near the top of the page. Your password will be emailed to you. If you've forgotten your login, contact:
